Customer is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) firm, specializing in the development, marketing and support of Microsoft CRM add-on products, enhancements and vertical solutions built on the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft CRM) platform.
Business Situation :-
Customer had an strong management team, and were looking for an offshore partner that could release products quickly, and at a low cost of development. This would enable them to compete hard and also maintain lower business risk.
