Management Series and MobileTEC products combine to establish faster communication with field technicians, improve customer service and create a complete mobile and service solution.
Business Situation :-
Customer wanted to port their MobileTEC Service Management client for desktop and Pocket PC from VB and eVB to .NET. They also needed a common code base for both the applications to make improve maintenance and enhancements efficient.
Solution :-
Proteans’ .NET Compact specialist team worked for the porting, design and implementation of the Customer common code base on Microsoft.NET. The team followed
Agile RUP processes, along with their indepth expertise in PocketPC and mobiles, to deliver a scalable and reliable solution. The whole code base was rewritten in C#.
