Chief Executive Officer :
Sudhakar Gorti

Sudhakar Gorti is the Chief Executive Officer of Proteans Software Solutions. Sudhakar is a co-founder of Proteans, and his technical leadership, team building skills, inspiring vision and passion for customer success have become his hallmarks at the company.

During the past years, Sudhakar has headed several divisions, including delivery, software architecture and operations. He has successfully led several customer success stories as the delivery head. He assumes full management responsibility for the day to day running of the company, which includes delivering on the company's mission to become a globally admired software product engineering company and achieve excellence as a software product outsourcing company. Together with the company's other business and technical leaders, Sudhakar is focused on continuing Proteans' innovation and leadership across software product development.

He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He has extensive experience of working in world class software product development teams at IBM Global Services, Oracle India and Talisma Corporation.

Chief Operating Officer :
Prashant Singh

Prashant Singh is the Chief Operating Officer of Proteans and heads the delivery and operations. In this role, Prashant is responsible for achieving delivery and operational excellence. Along with implementing the best practices of software product development, and making Proteans a great technology powerhouse, his current mission is to introduce formal quality standards of ISO and CMM.

Prashant is known for his outstanding execution skills. He has led several successful product development efforts at Proteans. He has pioneered the Agile RUP process methodology in Proteans and proven its success for product development. Prior to founding Proteans, Prashant has been part of world class product development teams of Oracle 11i at Oracle Corporation and Supply Chain Software at i2 Technologies.

Prashant holds master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Vice President (Sales and Business Development) :
Nilesh Patel

Nilesh Patel is the Vice President for the Sales and Business Development at Proteans, and is responsible for sales and growth strategy, as well as assessing fiscal performance and setting future sales targets. Nilesh has been directly involved in adding several key customers to Proteans and under his leadership, customer list continues to grow at a very fast pace.

Known for his relationship building skills, Nilesh has built several key relationships with customers and partners. His clear focus on Customer needs and expectations have been exemplary and set standards for the entire company.

Before co-founding Proteans, Nilesh was a top performer at IBM Global Services, where he had started his career. Nilesh graduated from prestigious Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, Delhi with a bachelors degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Vice President (Marketing) :
Neelam Dwivedi

Neelam Dwivedi is Vice President of Marketing for Proteans Software Solutions. He oversees global marketing, advertising, public relations campaigns, promotions and consumer research for Proteans, along with other ongoing efforts to make Proteans a strong, relevant and trusted brand of software product engineering services across the world.

Neelam is an accomplished public speaker and is aspiring to become a thought leader and marketing pioneer in the brand-building space. He is known for his leadership and people management skills, and is instrumental in building the leadership development program called "Proactive" at Proteans. Before co-founding Proteans, he worked for Oracle Corporation, where he was in the Oracle 10G engineering team.

Neelam has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
