Business Development Executive
Experience :
  • Minimum 2-5 years in software sales

Number of openings : 1

Job Type : Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Execute and Evaluate ( mail and call) campaigns to improve our effectiveness and penetration into new accounts
  • Build working relationships with all Proteans sales channels including inside/outside sales teams, technical teams marketing and other business development teams
  • Evaluate best practices across the reps /campaign process to share with other reps and business development teams
  • Identify new customers for Proteans services within a given sales territory
  • Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of Proteans services
  • Participate in preparing Sales proposals
  • Be a key member of Proteans sales team responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, and overall account penetration strategy
  • Responsible for building sales pipeline: key business function is prospecting new accounts
  • Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Proteans and the competition
  • Profile demands to work with the US timings. Flexibility to work on Night Shifts is an essential requirement for this position

Qualifications :
B.E, B.Tech, B.S or equivalent, with MBA (or equivalent) in Sales or Marketing

Requisites :
  • 1 plus years of experience is required in IT sales/Marketing and also in US operation timings
  • Minimum 2-5 years software sales experience
  • Willing to work in US timings
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and creative skills
  • Must be accountable and strive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiences
  • Enterprise applications knowledge a plus

Graphic Designer
Experience :
At least 2 years of development experience

Project Manager
Experience :
  • 6+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with software application product development, preferably on Microsoft Technologies
  • 2+ years of experience on managing teams and projects. Exceptional people management, analysis and release management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and teams
  • Thorough Knowledge of atleast one of Agile, RUP, MSF, CMM or ISO practices
  • Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages

  • Excellent client interaction and relationship building skills.

  • Experience in a Product development company.

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer - Silverlight
Experience :
  • Around 2 years development experience with at least last 8 months in Silverlight

  • Hands-on experience in ASP.NET and C#
  • Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server

Software Test Manager
Experience :
  • 7+ years experience in Testing of business software applications

  • Define and implement the role testing plays within the Business Unit Structure
  • Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
  • Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate
  • Implement and evolve appropriate measurements and metrics - To be applied on the product under test and on the testing team
  • Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release
  • Manage and grow testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate: Team members, Testing tools and Testing process

Qualifications :
B.E/B.Tech/B.S/MCA or equivalent

Requisites :
  • 7+ years experience in Testing of business software applications.
  • Experience in Automation Testing, Environment Building, and Daily Build Generation
  • Experience with Agile Methodology application in QA environments
  • Experience reviewing business requirements and creating prioritized test plans based on business needs
  • Participated in full life-cycle business system development with teams of developers, analysts, and testers
  • Thorough understanding of configuration management, build and release process
  • Ability to understand difference between web, enterprise, desktop and service architectures

Qualifications :

Requisites :
  • Product Development experience preferred
