Our global delivery centers are well furnished, spacious with privacy and accommodate flexi work cycles that enables our engineers to cater to time-bound customer needs. It has built-in zones for conducting training / holding conferences - equipped with projectors, whiteboards - and recreational activities.

- Monitored backup methodology and procedures for all infrastructure and critical development servers - to central storage & offline backup drives
- The backup storage media are secured at remote location for site disaster redundancy

A high-speed internet link connected at Proteans
Network Operation Center and distributed to all other facilities over Point-to-Point interoffice Link. In addition, secondary Internet link terminates at another location and shall take over incase of failure with Primary link.
Safe and Secure Network Security
Proteans network security is designed using industry standard and best products to protect the network. Each of our facilities is secured with advanced physical access control systems and information management practices.

All project team members and PCs are subject to Active Directory Group policies. In addition, the teams are physically isolated and housed separately for each engagement with restricted access to location.
Centrally managed Telecommunication and Video Conferencing Facility
Our teams are equipped with high-speed links for data and voice communication (VoIP) as well as video conferencing. A centrally managed business virtual PBX services provide single telephony solution connecting all our delivery centers internally and externally to customers, suppliers and others.
Have uninterrupted Backup Power
To ensure uninterrupted power supply to the facility, each delivery center has backup power supply, which comes into effect instantaneously whenever there is disruption in main power supply.
Ensure business continuity by having a detailed fool-proof Disaster Recovery Plan
We have identified factors that can create business impact in case of failures. To handle any contingency we have elaborate remedial measures in the form of a detailed disaster recovery plan at all our delivery centers.
We have deployed a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) based on ISO 17799 Business Continuity Management. The objective of this BCP plan is to continue critical offshore projects business operations by minimizing the duration of a serious disruption to operations and resources.
Proteans business continuity plans are based on the need to protect professional staff, computing infrastructure, and intellectual property in order to help our customers remain in business through any contingency.
