Sudhakar is one of the founders of Proteans. As the CEO of Proteans, he is involved in defining the company strategy and working towards the vision of being one of the leaders in Outsourced Product Development space. His leadership, team building skills, inspiring vision and passion for customer success drive the growth of Proteans.
Sudhakar has extensive experience of working in world-class software product development teams at IBM Global Services, Oracle India and Talisma Corporation. He has been actively involved in Customer Delivery, Business Development and Human Resource Management at Proteans.
Sudhakar graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of Proteans, Prashant is responsible for achieving delivery and operational excellence. His focus on execution have been the foundation of Proteans growth and customer satisfaction.
Prior to co-founding Proteans, he has been part of world-class product development teams of Oracle 11i at Oracle Corporation and Supply Chain Software at i2 Technologies. Prashant has been involved in Customer Delivery, Quality Management, Operations and Finance at Proteans.
Prashant holds master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

President - Global Sales and Business Development
As the head of Sales and Business development, Nilesh is responsible for strategy and execution of global sales plans..
Nilesh is known for his relationship building skills and has built several key relationships with customers and partners. His clear focus on customer needs and expectations have been exemplary and set standards for the entire company.
Before co-founding Proteans, Nilesh was a top performer at IBM Global Services, where he had started his career. He is a graduate from prestigious Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology, Delhi with a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Vice President - Europe Operations
As the Vice President of Europe Operations, Neelam spearheads the business development and account management in United Kingdom and Scandinavia. He has been responsible for several key customer acquisitions and creating the UK customer base.
Before co-founding Proteans, he worked for Oracle Corporation, where he was in the Oracle 10G engineering team. Neelam is an accomplished public speaker and takes great interest in organizing entrepreneurship networking events.

Souvik Bhattacharaya
Vice President - North America Sales
As the Vice President (North America Sales) of Proteans, Souvik is responsible for customer acquisition and account management for North America region. Souvik brings his 20+ years of experience in IT industry and international business development in leading and managing customer relationships to the Proteans leadership team.
Souvik has led customer acquisitions and relationships for major IT companies in India, Middle East and US geographies. Prior to joining Proteans' he built a very profitable GIS services division from scratch for a large IT services company.
Souvik holds degrees in Computer Science and Engineering degree from University of Hyderabad.

Anders R Olsson
Vice President - Scandinavia Operations
Anders is an accomplished sales and operations executive with more than 30 years experience from the Scandinavian and international IT industry. He is focused on business development and account management in the Nordic region for Proteans.
He brings with him deep understanding of the European region, insights about the IT and product development services and strong account management skills.
Anders has been instrumental in success of several large customer engagements. His professional business orientation and strong management skills have created a solid record of successful long-term customer relationships. He has 10 years experience from offering and delivering Indian Offshore IT services and understands the success factors for establishing and maintaining long-term engagements.
Anders is a Bachelor of Financial Administration at the University of Stockholm. In the past, he has contributed in senior positions in companies like Unisys and HCL in Europe and UK.
