1. Product Engineering Services
This augments the development capabilities of ISVs from research and prototyping to development. This service covers right from high-end architecture designing to development, testing, rollout. Further this also includes support, customization, maintenance, version support and deployment.
2. Integration Services to SAP NetWeaver
Proteans help ISVs to strategize and integrate products / software solutions with SAP aligned to their business objectives to drive revenues. SAP NetWeaver is an open integration and application platform and Proteans has specialized and undergone certifications in the following areas of integration:
- SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI) / XI Content Development (Ver. 3.0, 7.0 and 7.1) - Proteans consultants understand the business of the ISVs well and provide appropriate solution aligned to their business objective. Our consultants are capable of designing, configuring the interfaces. They have worked on models like Asynchronize, Synchronize and BPM’s where multiple receivers are involved in data exchange. They can also perform the mappings based on the customer requirements
- Java Deployment - Proteans has rich expertise using Java, hence can develop Java proxies for integration between third party business systems and SAP systems. Java mappings are also used to create the message transformation from source system to the target system. User entry validations are also written in the Java
- ABAP Deployment (Ver. 4.6, 4.7, 4.8 and ECC6.0) - Proteans consultants have worked in areas that include Reports, BDC (Batch Data Communication), transactions, Scripts, and smartforms. With regard to integration our consultants have experience with ALE’s (Application linking and enabling), workflows, BADIs (Business Addin’s) and BAPI (Business Application Programming interface)
