We follow an annual Performance Appraisal model, becuase we feel it is very important that there is a constant dialogue with our people to get an insight on self-performance and organizational expectations. The constant fortnightly discussions, termed INFOCUS, also give you a chance to interact with your superiors regarding any work-related concerns.
