Proteans Opens Third Development Center in Bangalore

Proteans Software Solutions, a global provider of Outsourced Product Development services has set up its third software development center in Bangalore. Prashant Singh, COO, Proteans Software Solutions said,
"We have built tremendous success stories in the past four years, and we are consistently winning new customers and expanding existing engagements. Our business pipeline looks great, and we will continue to expand. We are looking to hire around 250 more engineers in the next 12 months."
"Currently, Proteans is 175 strong, and now has three development centers in Bangalore. The company is evaluating Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India for setting up further development centers. Proteans operates out of Atlanta, GA and Seattle, WA in the US. Proteans has built over 80 globally successful products working with over 40 software product companies in the past four years. Currently the company is engaged with around 20 active customers in US. The company recently acquired its first customers in UK, and is looking to aggressively acquire customers in UK and Germany. Proteans customer base includes world leaders in Life Sciences, CRM, Mobile, Professional Services and Food Service industries. "
